USA and Canadian orders are shipped by Canada Post and USPS. International orders are shipped with your local postal service. Please note that customs fees may apply in some countries.

After processing and leaving the warehouse, items generally take 4-9 days to arrive at their destination. It can take longer depending on the receiving province/state as well as certain months of the year. International shipping may take 7-21 days.

We are NOT responsible for:

• Addresses that are misspelled or contain missing information
• Stolen or lost packages after delivery

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

1. Processing time: Order verification, tailoring quality check, and packaging between 3-5 days.

2. Shipping time: time duration it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

Shipping Protection

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout to safeguard your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

Incorrect Address

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order.
• If an incorrect address is provided and the package is lost, customers will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
• If you selected shipping protection at checkout, we will assist in replacing or re-shipping your order without additional charges.

Customs Fees and Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by their country. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping and any return fees. Refunds will be issued for the product only, minus any incurred shipping and restocking fees.

BOXING GLOVES

Boxing gloves are essential in boxing, kickboxing, and muay thai, and they are not cheap. It is important to take care of the equipment properly to prolong its lifespan.

1. Wear hand wraps to prevent sweat and moisture from coming into contact with the gloves.
2. Make sure to wipe down the gloves after each use to prevent the buildup of odor-causing bacteria. You can use disinfectant or deodorizer sprays, or simply mix water with a tablespoon of vinegar to spray them.
3. Completely dry the gloves before storing them in a bag.
4. Avoid leaving the gloves in direct sunlight.

HAND WRAPS

Hand wraps are used to protect your hands and absorb sweat. It is important to keep your wraps clean and disinfected.

1. The best practice is to wash hand wraps with cold water after every use. If not possible, wash them thoroughly at least every 3-5 uses. In between washes, consider rinsing or disinfecting them for added protection against bacteria growth.
2. Velcro the strap before washing.
3. Wash in a delicate garment or mesh bag.
4. Hang them to dry completely before every use.
