Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back!

All merchandise that is eligible for an exchange or return must be in the same condition that you received it, unused in sellable condition with tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Purchases made with discount codes can only be returned for store credit or exchanged for merchandise of equal or lesser value.

To start an exchange or return, please send an email request within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. Once you have submitted a request, we will get back to you with the next step instructions within 3 business days. Allow 3-5 business days to process and issue the exchange or refund once it is received.

Return Shipping

You must cover the shipping cost of returning the merchandise to us. Please ensure your return parcel has tracking, as we are not responsible for any lost return parcels.

Issues and Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the merchandise is defective, or damaged, or received the wrong item.

Refunds

You will be notified via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding the original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order) to the original form of payment.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Also note that payment processing fees are non-refundable.
